The Details

Consultation process

Send an email to [email protected] stating what procedure you are interested in – Explant (Enbloc), Lift, and your pictures. (Please refer to guidelines for photos). Our patient coordinator will sit down with Doctor Urzola to review your images to see what procedures are needed for your specific case. Then we will send you a quote for these procedures that is good for six months. If you wish to proceed and have accepted the quote, we can consult via Skype or Facetime with Dr. Urzola at no charge. We kindly ask that you consult with Dr. Urzola for medical questions only; if you have any administrative or cost-related questions, dates for surgery, or scheduling your surgery, please address this to our patient coordinator.

Pictures and How to take them?

Explant & Lift – We will need pictures taken from the front, right, and left of your breasts. Images should be from neck to waist with no bra.
